1. Information We Process

SketchSurf allows users to select or capture images and use those images to generate drawing guides and related visual content.

When you choose to use these features, the app may process:

  • Photos and images that you voluntarily select or capture.

  • Information necessary to generate drawing guides and other requested image transformations.

  • Technical information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

SketchSurf accesses photos or the camera only when you choose to use features that require them and after the appropriate permission has been granted.

Images you submit for AI-powered processing may be transmitted securely to our servers and third-party service providers that assist us in generating the requested results.

Your photos are used to provide the functionality you request, such as creating outlines, drawing stages, or other drawing guidance.

Users should only submit images that they have the right to use and should avoid submitting unnecessarily sensitive or confidential information.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Certain SketchSurf features use artificial intelligence technology provided through third-party services, including OpenAI.

When you request an AI-powered drawing or image transformation, information necessary to complete that request, including the image you selected, may be transmitted to and processed by these service providers.

These providers process information on our behalf to provide the requested functionality and are subject to their own security and data-processing obligations.

SketchSurf does not sell images submitted for AI processing or use them for advertising.

SketchSurf may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple's App Store.

Payment information is processed by Apple. SketchSurf does not directly receive or store your complete credit card or payment-card information.

8. Your Choices and Permissions

You control whether SketchSurf receives access to protected device resources such as your camera and photo library.

These permissions can be changed through your device's iOS Settings.

Revoking a permission may prevent features that require that permission from functioning.

You may also contact us to ask questions about your information or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through SketchSurf.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
